On Saturday, 22nd of May, the first debate of RURAL PLUS project on the topic ,Employability' was organized by Enjoy Sicily in collaboration with ESN Messina.
It took place together with the training event, gathering ESN members from all the southern Italy.
The debate was held in a mode of spontaneous discussion. The participants focused mainly on the problem of low employment among young people in southern Italy and the skills that ESN members gathered by being part of the organization - and how those skills can help them increase their employability.
The debate was concluded by giving the participants additional tips on helpful things while entering the job market after graduation.
