ave the date as you don’t miss out any of the activities of our WELCOME WEEK
From Monday 2 to Sunday 8 October we have organised for you a lot of events to have fun together and get to know each other in ESN style!
All the events with food included have vegetarian/vegan options.
The *overall participation fee is 40 euros* and includes ALL the events above and a Welcome kit with branded gadgets.
You can come to pay at our office (via dei Verdi 71) on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
To participate you need to have the ESNcard, pay the fee and fill the form here: Welcome Week Form
Deadline for registration and payment: 29th September In a few days we will send you a guide with all the specific info about each event.

1)Aperitandem + city tour: 20 euros
2)International dinner: 10 euros
3)Weekend barbecue + beach day: 15 euros
4)Welcome kit: 10 euros
